Why not have your partner join you at CONTROL 97 as a participant in the official partner programme? The partner programme includes Rotorua's Orchid Gardens with the renowned water organ which plays hourly, the charm and nostalgia of the Lakeland Queen paddle steamer, Rotorua's Museum of Art and History, Rainbow Springs with its' sheltered bush walks, Kiwi House, native bird aviary, tuataras, wild pigs, deer and of course, Rainbow Trout, a 4 wheel drive adventure to Mt Tarawera the site of New Zealand's greatest volcanic eruption, plus free time for shopping. Transport is provided to and from the Millennium Hotel.

SOCIAL EVENTS
CONTROL 97 isn't all work. Social events are part of the conference programme, you are welcome to invite your partner to share in these social events. If your partner is participating in the above programme they will already be going to the following social events.
Monday night kicks off the social programme with a cocktail party and a performance of the critically acclaimed cabaret "Blame It On The Bossa Nova". Next morning kicks off early. Test your skills ten-pin bowling, enjoy the peace of the Skyline gondola, roar downhill on the luge and then sit back and enjoy a full breakfast at The Millennium Hotel. Transport is provided.
