Numerous rooms are held and a special exhibition rate of $95.00 for a twin/double occupancy or $88.00 for a single room. The Institute of Measurement and Control, in conjunction with the Open
Devicenet Vendors Association, are staging the inaugural Fieldbus Workshop.
Speakers will include John Pittman, Fieldbus Foundation President from
America and Graeme Meyer, the O.D.V.A. facilitator. Topics that will be
covered include an update on fieldbus activity in New Zealand, presentations
from fieldbus support groups including the Fieldbus Foundation, Open Devicenet
Vendors Association and interconnected, multi-vendor hardware and software
with demonstrations of physical media components available in New Zealand.
There is no charge for attending these workshops but registration is a
